Jack in the Pulpit

Here is Jack in the Pulpit, May 1, 2006, along Chimney Tops Trail in the Smoky Mountains. The sun was shining so I used my diffuser to soften the intensity of the light and make the scene more evenly lit. Actually, Ray held the diffuser, not me. I will be posting lots of Smoky Mountain images (wildflowers and ferrns mostly) during May, even though I got most of the images during April.
