Trying to Get the Color Right

Here is wild geranium on the NC side of the Smoky Mountains, in the Smokemont campground, April 25, 2006. One thing I have noticed with images of this plant is that it is very difficult to get the colors to look right. The flower should appear pinkish, not lilac, and the leaves should appear greenish, not yellowish or bluish. I will keep working on trying to figure this out, but for now, I think this will do.

Here is another try at getting the color right on wild geranium. I am having quite a bit of trouble getting the green to be the right shade of green. The pink part seems ok to me. See above and below for other tries at this same shot and other shots too.
